And, right now, were looking for a Housekeeper to join the team at Sir Aubrey Ward House, our specialist dementia care home in Marlow.A premium care home focused on giving residents the very best services, the team at Sir Aubrey Ward House constantly strive for excellence in everything we do from the cleanliness of the living environment through to the quality of the cuisine. And, we want you to help us by managing our household team. Very much a hands-on role, as well as bringing leadership skills, youll work alongside the team and help out with laundry, ironing and cleaning duties. Well also rely on you to order stocks and supplies, manage a staff rota and housekeeping budget and keep accurate records.A great opportunity to become part of our senior team, youll need proven relevant experience in a care or domestic setting and the drive and motivation it takes to lead a team and act as a role model.
