Location: Remote (PST Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 4500 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST), occasional weekend availability as needed (on-call).

Position Overview:

Were hiring a Chief of Staff to act as the founders right hand someone who''s equally comfortable managing high-priority initiatives and rolling up their sleeves to get the work done. This role blends strategic oversight with day-to-day execution, making it ideal for a candidate who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and enjoys driving projects forward with ownership, speed, and structure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute cross-functional internal initiatives with minimal oversight.
• Manage special projects from scoping through execution and follow-through.
• Build and document SOPs and scalable internal processes.
• Research and implement AI tools and automations (Zapier, etc.) to streamline workflows.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and internal updates for the founder.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional collaborators.
• Provide occasional support on industry-related tasks (training provided for construction drawing review).
• Be available on-call for occasional weekend needs.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in operations, executive support, or business generalist roles.
• Proven track record of managing and completing complex projects.
• Skilled in automation and productivity tools (Zapier, AI tools, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Highly organized, responsive, and reliable.
• Based in LatAm and available to work core hours in the PST time zone.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in a Chief of Staff or high-level support role for a founder or executive.
• Exposure to the construction, real estate, or proptech industries.
• Familiarity with construction drawings or technical project documents.
• Startup or systems-building experience in a fast-paced environment.
