Company Description

We are Insectius, a growing biotech startup focused on breeding, producing, and researching insects . Based in Matar (Barcelona), were looking for a proactive, organized, and analytical Operations & Logistics Assistant to join our team.

Youll support daily operations, manage logistics, and work closely with the executive team to streamline our processes. We value people who are problem-solvers, team players, and excellent communicators. Experience with operational coordination, inventory, shipping, and customs is highly appreciated. Familiarity with ERP or logistics software is a plus.

Role Description

The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staffing and workflow, handle budgeting and resource allocation, ensure compliance with regulations, and collaborate with various teams to optimize efficiency. Additionally, the role involves tracking performance metrics, developing process improvements, and managing relationships with vendors and clients.
