Process operator

The certainty of a year contract, high-tech machinery and having responsibility for your own line. Work in 3-shifts and a salary between 3.648,- and 4.063,-? Then get to work as a Process Operator at the coffee producer in Zaandam!

About the function

As a process operator, you and your colleagues are responsible for the entire line of Dolce Gusto cups. As a process operator you have the final responsibility and therefore you ensure that the planning is met and think about possible improvements in the production process. Your daily work consists of:

• Setting up the machines: You ensure the correct packaging materials, set the weight and adjust the seal seam.
• Process control: Every hour you check the process and keep records to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Troubleshooting: Whenever possible, you solve malfunctions yourself; if necessary, you call in technical service.
• Cleaning: Daily you clean the machines and once a week you do this together with your team for the whole department.
• Teamwork: You work as a team and take over the work of your colleagues during breaks.

You will work 37.5 hours per week and in a shift pattern with the following times: 06:00 - 14:00, 14:00 - 22:00 and 22:00 - 06:00.

• At least a completed MBO level 2 education;
• Technical affinity and work experience as a (process) operator;

Our client, part of an international concern, focuses on buying, roasting, grinding, packaging and selling coffee. The global sourcing of coffee beans is handled entirely by the company from only certified plantations. You will work in a diverse team.
