Organizes and coordinates the activities of external contractors. You will ensure solid performance and efficiency of Maintenance Department and pharmaceutical equipment, aiming for operational excellence.How you will contributeExecute planning and scheduling of Corrective and Preventive Work Orders according to CMMS dates and Production scheduling.Support troubleshooting on corrective and preventive Maintenance activities, according to EHS and GMP rules, for GMP/non-GMP equipment/systems of Pisa site.Provide support on parts management, maintenance documentation, archives management, and SOP review.Draft and manage maintenance contracts, organize and coordinate related activities.Ensure EHS regulations are followed, support work permit management, and promote a culture of operational safety and procedures development.Support continuity in information transfer between shifts regarding faults, plant status, and activities.Support spare parts management, including JDE system management, material incoming, and warehouse order status, and suggest system improvements.Manage EHS dossiers for equipment, chemical safety data sheets, GMP chemicals supply, and maintenance archives.Propose and evaluate technical improvements and new project ideas with the functional leader.Perform tasks autonomously according to partially defined methods and procedures.Support critical spare parts analysis and preventive maintenance plans for new installations, collaborating with engineering teams.Ensure compliance with company policies, EHS rules, and regulations.Adhere to GMPs and SOPs.Support corrective and emergency interventions with systematic problem-solving approaches.What you bring to TakedaMasters or Bachelors degree in engineering (mechanical, chemical, electronic, industrial, automation, etc.).2-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector.Knowledge of industrial systems/utilities (fillers, sterilizers, autoclaves, etc.).Field-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and solid technical knowledge.Fluent in English and Italian.Experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance in an industrial setting is a plus.Technical proficiency with pharmaceutical systems and equipment.Good knowledge of cGMPs and pharma/HSE standards.What Takeda can offer youWe support our employees'' success through world-class benefits and resources for personal and professional growth, including:Health Care Assistance InsuranceEmployee Stock Purchase PlanDiscount programsTechnical training and developmentJob rotation and diversity initiativesWellness programs and health resourcesParental leaveImportant ConsiderationsDue to our manufacturing environment, you may need to:Work in controlled gowning environments.Remove jewelry, contact lenses, and artificial nails while in manufacturing areas.More about usTakeda is committed to transforming patient care with innovative medicines and support programs.
