Responsibilities:KKAA plan definition,including main KPIs identification and monitoringManage channelKPIs according to company goals and targetsDevelop the deepestunderstanding of key customer needs, through the definition ofCustomer Journey mapStrengthen and expand the relationships withexisting customers Facilitate KKAA sales through a comprehensivesell out plan (Analyze, Explain, Engage and Act)Ensure the correctproducts and services are delivered to customers in a timelymannerAct as the link of communication between key customers andinternal teamsShare regular reports of progress and forecasts tointernal and external stakeholders using internal and key accountmetricsLeverage CRM capabilities to increase business opportunitiesand maximize the effectiveness of sales and marketingactivitiesParticipation and Management Trade show, fairs andcustomer events Collecting competitors catalogues, samples andpricing in coordination with merchandising dept.Check credit limitand unpayment reports in coordination with credit dept.
