Currently to our HR Services EMEA team we are looking for a person specialized in HR processes and speaking French and/or Italian. On this position you will be responsible for processing HR relates tickets and work closely with Clariant Employees.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of personnel administration, call centers or HR administration in Shared Service Center environment.
- Master or Bachelor in Business Administration, HR, Finance, Economics, or related areas.
- Knowledge of HR functions, processes, and operations (experience in payroll would be an asset).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, self-directed team-based environment subject to changing priorities and short deadlines.
- Strong customer service skills including ability to diffuse challenging situations.
- Skills to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Problem solving skills.
- Language Skills:
- Internal corporate language: English B2 level required
- Working with customers: French and/or Italian B2 level required
- Nice to have: Spanish
