Our client, a leading private equity fund investing in innovative healthcare companies worldwide, is looking for a high-caliber Associate to join their dynamic and growing team in Barcelona .
Your Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end M&A and investment processes
- Conduct financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence
- Prepare investment memos and presentations for the IC
- Monitor portfolio performance and support value creation initiatives
- Assist in sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities
What Were Looking For:
- 24 years of experience in M&A and/or investing (PE, VC, growth)
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Master''s degree from a Tier-1 university
- Fluent in English and French
- Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus
