Scintil is an international company headquartered in France, with offices in Canada and the United States. We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to support our QA Manager in designing, deploying, and maintaining a company-wide ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS). This role will be instrumental in our journey to achieve ISO 9001 certification and will evolve to include maintaining and improving our quality framework across all company operations. Collaborate with the QA Manager to plan, document, and implement the ISO 9001 QMS. Help develop quality manuals, procedures, and records in alignment with ISO standards. Post-Certification Quality Support: Support quality reporting, metrics tracking, and issue escalation. Help enforce quality controls and process consistency across internal teams and external partners. Assist in quality assurance activities across engineering, supply chain, and production functions. Bachelors degree in Quality, Engineering, or related technical field. Minimum 35 years of experience in quality assurance or quality systems roles, ideally in a high-tech or semiconductor-related environment. Familiarity with quality tools such as internal audits, corrective/preventive actions, document control, and process mapping. Experience with FMEA, 8D, or APQP methodologies is a bonus.
