Schneider Digital is the digital department of Schneider Electric, leading the digital transformation in the company by giving support globally to our internal teams and our clients. Schneider Digital consists of 6 Digital Hubs worldwide which are strategically located to ensure a 24/7 support across the company (France, China, India, USA, Mexico and Spain). Our Digital Hub in Barcelona is formed by +450 employees working in strategic projects and different roles such as Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, Cloud, Infrastructures, IT Project Management or Digital Marketing.
This position is opened within the Cybersecurity team within Schneider Digitals Intelligent Edge organization, which supports innovation and platforming program for Schneider Electric Business Units and Lines of Business on their IoT offers.
The Intelligent Edge organization provides this support through several strategic technology disruption programs, one of which aims at platforming the firmware and software of our devices, our Edge architecture, our Cloud application, and their integration to a wide landscape of IoT offers.
This platforming program includes strategy defined to reinforce cybersecurity in our Ecostruxure ecosystem of devices and services, providing guarantees of consistent behavior and integrity over the time, from embedded devices to the cloud.
The Principal Cloud Cybersecurity Architect is in charge of defining and managing the cybersecurity of our IoT Cloud platform.
What will you do?
The Principal Cybersecurity Cloud Architect is integrated in Intelligent Edge Cybersecurity team and will be working with other Cybersecurity Architects, Cybersecurity advisors, from Schneider Digital and Schneider Electric Business Units and Lines of Business.
The ideal candidate will come with a strong expertise in Cloud Cybersecurity, and an understanding of the activities described below, and the ability to lead them.
The Principal Cloud Cybersecurity Architect works closely with agile development teams and will take part and/or lead several of these activities:
