The rolewill require someone from a Remarketing Automotive background whois digitally savvy and passionate to make sure we get it right,first time. Role Accountabilities: - Guide the demand managementprocess with the involved markets to optimize auction salesperformance by aligning buyer demand with available supply. -Establish clear criteria for evaluating and prioritizing auctionrequests, ensuring strategic alignment with sales objectives. -Maintain visibility into market demand, inventory levels, andauction capacity to maximize transaction efficiency and buyersatisfaction. - Implement governance structures that enhancetransparency in auction performance, ensuring alignment betweendemand-side needs and supply-side capabilities. - Monitor auctionprogramme performance, ensuring optimal execution, budgetadherence, and strategic alignment with revenue targets. -Standardize reporting mechanisms for buyer trends, supplyavailability, and auction results to drive informeddecision-making. - Oversee key auction technology initiatives thatenhance buyer experience and improve overall transaction successrates. - Provide best practices and support for local teamsmanaging supply-side integrations, ensuring consistency withgovernance standards and alignment with demand-side requirements. -Serve as a strategic bridge between supply teams, buyers, IT andother streams in facilitating seamless communication and alignmentof auction with sales performance goals. - Strengthen engagementwith key stakeholders to enhance market visibility, improvesupply-demand matching, and optimize auction outcomes. Skills &Competencies Required: - Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyzemarket trends, buyer behaviour, and auction dynamics to developdemand-driven strategies. - Data-Driven Decision Making: Stronganalytical skills to interpret buyer trends, forecast demand, andoptimize auction performance. - Stakeholder Management: Excellentcommunication and collaboration skills to engage with buyers,internal teams, and external partners. - Process Optimization:Expertise in developing structured demand management processes,ensuring efficiency and scalability. - Project & ProgramManagement: Experience in overseeing large-scale initiatives,ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic objectives.- Technology Acumen: Understanding of auction platforms, pricingalgorithms, and buyer engagement tools to drive innovation andefficiency. - Negotiation & Influencing Skills: Ability toalign supply with buyer demand through strong negotiation andrelationship management. - Governance & Compliance: Knowledgeof best practices in auction governance, reporting, and regulatorycompliance. Experience Required: - Industry Knowledge: Priorexperience in auction-based sales, e-commerce, or supply chainmanagement is highly preferred. - Relevant Experience: In demandmanagement, sales operations, or strategic planning within acommercial environment. - Proven Track Record: Demonstrated successin driving demand strategies, increasing buyer engagement, andoptimizing sales performance. - Cross-Functional Experience:Experience working with IT, sales, and supply chain teams to alignbusiness strategies and technology solutions. - InternationalExperience: Exposure to European markets and an understanding ofregional buyer behaviour trends is a plus.
