Important information: - This is a fully remote,freelance opportunity for a current project we are working on. -Once the project ends there may be opportunity to collaborate withadditional work long-term but it will be on a business needs basisand as per future eLearning project requirements. - This role willrequire expertise in Adobe Learning Manager. Candidates who do nothave hands-on experience using this LMS will not be considered.Position Summary: The LMS Administrator (Contract) will be a keymember of the Learning Solutions division at TransPerfect and willwork to maintain, configure and supporting the Adobe LearningManager and other LMS/LXP platforms. The position requires strongSCORM compliance knowledge, eLearning platform expertise, and theability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensurehigh-quality learning delivery. The ideal candidate isdetail-oriented, technically capable, and thrives in remotecontract environments. Position responsibilities: - Administer andmaintain Adobe Learning Manager and other LMS/LXP platforms. -Upload, test, and troubleshoot SCORM/xAPI content packages. - Setup courses, manage users, and generate system reports. - Supportintegration of third-party content and tools into the LMS. - Liaisewith Instructional Designers and Content Developers to ensure LMScompatibility and functionality. - Provide front-line support forLMS issues and guide users on best practices. - Monitor learnerprogress and generate completion and engagement reports. - Assistwith data integrity audits, user provisioning, and version control.- Collaborate with internal IT and external LMS vendors totroubleshoot and resolve technical issues. - Explore and suggestenhancements for LXP capabilities and learner experience. -Complete all other tasks and support in any special projects, thatare deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by themanager/supervisor Essential skills and qualifications andexperience required: - Minimum Bachelors Degree or other relevantqualification, ideally in Educational Technologies, InstructionalDesign or similar. - Strong written and verbal Englishcommunication skills. - Hands-on experience with Adobe LearningManager. - Strong understanding of SCORM and xAPI standards. -Familiarity with LMS and LXP systems. - Excellent organizationaland troubleshooting skills. - Comfortable working independently andacross teams in remote settings. - Minimum 2 years experience inLMS administration. - Experience with authoring tools likeStoryline, Rise, or Captivate. Essential skills required: -Superior written and spoken communication skills in English withthe ability to convey information clearly and concisely to allinternal and external stakeholders at all levels of the business -Self-motivated able to set and pursue goals, reliable and willingto take ownership and responsibility and demonstrate dedication anddiligence in all tasks - Analytical problem solver with negotiationand influencing skills - Strong team player with the ability towork in multicultural environments in a global team - Curious,inquisitive, and solution-oriented with a high level of accuracy,capable of suggesting and driving process improvements - Methodicaland able to efficiently organize workload and multitask to resolvemultiple issues simultaneously Desired skills and experience: -Knowledge of additional foreign languages at professional workingproficiency level Experience working with global teams andmultilingual learners. - Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or basicscripting for LMS customization. - Understanding of learningexperience design principles. - Experience using APIs and managingLMS integrations.
