Founded in 2012 in Italy, listed on Euronext Milan since 2022, and now part of Honeywell.Job DescriptionAs a System Safety, Reliability, and Maintainability Engineer, you will ensure that INS products are developed, designed, produced, and supported according to safety standards related to airworthiness regulations. Your responsibilities include analyzing designs for verification and reliability, conducting safety assessments, supporting system design compliance, and managing safety and reliability documentation.Responsibilities and DutiesOrganize and perform safety assessments of inertial systems for civil and military aircraft according to ARP4761 and MIL-STD-882E standards.Support system design teams to ensure safety objectives are met.Specify and support validation and verification activities based on ARP4754A.Conduct safety assessments on derived requirements during development.Coordinate safety activities with external suppliers, including document review.Generate and verify reliability documentation such as FMES, FMEA, FMECA.Qualifications and SkillsUniversity degree in Electronics, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or equivalent.Basic knowledge of Safety Engineering concepts and risk analysis methodologies.Familiarity with Systems Engineering/V Model in aviation or similar industries.Interest in aerospace regulations (ICAO, EASA, FAA).Good analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work in a team and learn new technical skills.Basic knowledge of reliability software packages.Effective communication skills tailored to the audience.Proficiency in English.Preferred SkillsExperience with requirements management tools (e.g., IBM Rational DOORS).Internship or study experience in safety or aerospace fields.Knowledge of Inertial Navigation Systems.#J-18808-Ljbffr
