We are looking for a data-driven and strategic SEO Manager with a solid background in Ecommerce SEO to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing our SEO strategy to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and boost online conversions. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with cross-functional teams such as content, development, and performance marketing to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead a comprehensive SEO strategy focused on improving organic visibility and driving revenue growth.
- Perform in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap identification.
- Optimize on-page elements including meta titles, descriptions, headers, image tags, schema markup, and internal linking.
- Oversee and implement technical SEO improvements including site speed, crawlability, indexation, and mobile optimization.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure all content, from product pages to blog posts, is SEO-optimized.
- Design and manage a backlink acquisition strategy to increase domain authority.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Stay informed on algorithm changes, industry trends, and emerging best practices in SEO and ecommerce.
- Work closely with developers and UX designers to implement SEO-friendly site structure and resolve technical issues.
- Conduct A/B testing and assist in conversion rate optimization initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 35 years of proven SEO experience, with a strong focus on Ecommerce websites.
- Demonstrated success in increasing organic traffic and improving conversion rates.
- Proficient with SEO and analytics tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Experience with Ecommerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and how they affect SEO (a plus, but not required).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn insights into actionable strategy.
- Experience with off-page SEO and link-building campaigns.
- Familiarity with local SEO, international SEO, and structured data.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across teams and departments.
- Advanced English is mandatory (both written and spoken).
