You will join a regional team of HR professionals across EMEA to collaborate on projects.ROLE DETAILS: Reporting to the Regional HR Director, you will be based at our factories in Bottanuco, Castenedolo, and Melzo, acting as the primary contact for colleagues and managers.This role involves driving HR policies and frameworks at the global, regional, and local levels within the EMEA HR team.TYPICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:Coach and support managers to achieve business objectives, ensuring compliance with employment legislation.Maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee documentation according to legislative changes.Manage recruitment, talent development, L&D, and performance management in line with regional and global frameworks.Ensure accuracy and compliance in Workday HRIS processes and data.Prepare for and act as the main contact for audits (SOX, external).Supervise labour law issues and proceedings.Identify improvement opportunities and lead change management for HR processes.REQUIREMENTS:Ideally hold a Masters degree.Be present on-site 3-4 days per week.Have significant HR experience managing second-level contracts, union relations, and Italian labour law.Experience working in a multinational, matrix organization within manufacturing.Demonstrate agility in adapting to business changes.Fluent in Italian and English.Please submit your application in English via our recruitment system on our website.At Greif, your work has purpose, colleagues care about your well-being, and you have opportunities to grow and thrive.
