Rejoindre les équipes Finance (FP&A) chez adidas, c’est plonger au cœur de la stratégie financière d’une entreprise emblématique. Vous découvrirez les multiples facettes de la finance d’entreprise, de la planification budgétaire à la comptabilité, en passant par l’analyse de performance. Ce stage vous offrira l’opportunité de collaborer avec des interlocuteurs variés et de contribuer activement à des projets stimulants et porteurs de sens.
DÉVELOPPEZ VOS COMPÉTENCES À TRAVERS DES MISSIONS ET PROJETS CONCRETS :
Support à l’analyse financière et au reporting:
- Consolider et améliorer notre prévision de chiffre d’affaires annuelle par catégorie de produits.
- Développer et suivre les indicateurs clés de performance permettant d’améliorer la prévision de chiffre d’affaires par clients.
- Prévoir et surveiller les remises accordées à nos distributeurs.
- Aider à la construction de la présentation financière mensuelle : sélection des indicateurs clés de performance et argumentation synthétique facilitant la prise de décision.
Contrôle des dépenses opérationnelles et marketing :
- Suivre et analyser les dépenses opérationnelles et marketing pour identifier les opportunités.
- Aider à la préparation des rapports de dépenses pour assurer la conformité avec le budget.
Crédit :
- Aider à surveiller et gérer les comptes clients.
- Aider à l’évaluation des risques pour maintenir des limites de crédit optimales.
Comptabilité :
- Aider aux clôtures financières mensuelles et trimestrielles et à la préparation des états financiers d’adidas.
- Réaliser l’analyse financière du bilan.
- Soutenir la préparation du reporting financier interne et externe des résultats d’adidas.
Business partnering, gestion de projets et transformation numérique
- Planifier les activités liées aux projets et préparer des packages de communication pour présenter les résultats et recommandations aux parties prenantes au sein de votre équipe et/ou à d’autres services.
- Fournir des insights pour les partenaires commerciaux et/ou la direction en définissant, analysant et créant de la transparence sur les indicateurs clés de performance.
- Identifier les risques et opportunités et planifier les actions recommandées pour les parties prenantes.
- Aider au projet de transformation numérique (par exemple, création de tableau de bord Power BI, transition SAP S4, etc.).
CE QUI FERAIT DE VOUS LE CANDIDAT IDÉAL :
- Étudiant(e) en administration des affaires, en économie ou en finance avec une spécialisation en finance, comptabilité ou domaines connexes.
- Solides compétences en MS Office, avec une maîtrise avancée d'Excel (la connaissance de Power BI est un plus).
- Solides compétences analytiques et capacité à comprendre les tâches rapidement.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en organisation.
- Esprit orienté solutions et attitude proactive.
- Curieux(se), attentif(ve) et désireux(se) d’apprendre.
- Esprit d’équipe et capacité à collaborer dans un environnement dynamique.

ÉLIGIBILITÉ :
- Pour pouvoir postuler à ce stage, il faut remplir les critères suivants :
- Être inscrit·e en tant qu’étudiant·e à temps plein dans une université reconnue pendant toute la durée du stage (année de césure, stage de fin d’études ou autre).
- Être disponible à temps plein du 15 janvier au 14 juillet 2026.
- Être prêt·e à déménager à Paris pour toute la durée du stage.

JOIN OUR FINANCE TEAM
Joining the Finance (FP&A) teams at adidas means diving into the heart of the financial strategy of an iconic company. You’ll explore the many dimensions of corporate finance—from budget planning to accounting, including performance analysis. This internship offers the opportunity to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders and actively contribute to meaningful and stimulating projects.
DEVELOP YOUR SKILLS THROUGH HANDS-ON MISSIONS AND PROJECTS :
Support in Financial Analysis and Reporting:
- Consolidate and improve our annual net sales forecast by product category.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators to enhance sales forecasting by customer.
- Forecast and track discounts granted to our distributors.
- Assist in building the monthly financial presentation: selecting key performance indicators and crafting concise insights to support decision-making.
Operational and Marketing Expense Control:
- Monitor and analyze operational and marketing expenses to identify opportunities.
- Support the preparation of expense reports to ensure budget compliance.
Credit:
- Help monitor and manage customer accounts.
- Assist in risk assessment to maintain optimal credit limits.
Accounting:
- Support monthly and quarterly financial closings and the preparation of adidas financial statements.
- Conduct financial analysis of the balance sheet.
- Assist in preparing internal and external financial reporting of adidas results.
Business Partnering, Project Management & Digital Transformation:
- Plan project-related activities and prepare communication packages to present results and recommendations to stakeholders within your team and/or other departments.
- Provide insights to business partners and/or management by defining, analyzing, and creating transparency around key performance indicators.
- Identify risks and opportunities and plan recommended actions for stakeholders.
- Support digital transformation initiatives (e.g., dashboard creation).

- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

ELIGIBILITY :
To qualify for an internship with us, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Be enrolled as a full-time student at a recognized university for the entire duration (gap year, end-of-studies internship or other)
- Be available full-time from January 15th to July 14th, 2026.
- Be willing and able to relocate to Paris, France for the full duration of the internship.
