Were looking for :
The Patient Care Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the daily operations of patient care services. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality healthcare services while fostering a patient-centric culture. The manager will collaborate with medical staff, administrative teams, and other departments to meet organizational goals and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee the daily operations of patient care services, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance patient care and service delivery.
- Collaborate and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize workflows and resource utilization.
- Ensure a positive patient experience by addressing concerns and implementing feedback-driven improvements.
- Monitor patient satisfaction metrics and develop strategies to enhance the patient journey.
- Train and mentor staff in patient care operations.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching to foster professional development.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels and manage scheduling to meet operational demands.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
- Promote a culture of safety by implementing and monitoring risk management strategies.
- Analyze operational performance metrics and generate reports for leadership.
- Use data insights to drive improvements in patient care and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and manage the patient care operations budget.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising care quality.
What you need to be successful :
- Fluent in English & Spanish (other languages will be a plus).
- At least +4 years of working experience leading an operations team.
- Nice-to-have : previous experience in the dental sector.
- Experience working in multiple countries.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with a track record of process improvement.
- Proven skills with the ability to motivate teams and resolve conflicts.
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
