Committed staff members at our production, sales, and marketing companies ensure optimal customer and market support worldwide.About the Role:Karl Storz Iberia, is currently searching for a Sales Representative, based in North Area.This role will develop knowledge, skills, and experience with in medical devices. The main purpose is the Customer acquisition in public and private hospitals and clinics, customer loyalty, product portfolio sales in the assigned area and TAs.Tasks and Responsibilities:Promotion and specialized sale of the entire portfolio of products in publicand private clinics and hospitals.Expansion, maintenance and enhancement of the client portfolio in theassigned area.Provide customer support as well as manage all incidents related to thedevelopment of the usual daily activity.Help manage collections with customers: claims, payment and billing terms,etc., in accordance with the internal policies established for the entireorganization.Prepare and share the documentation required for public tenders.Attend surgical interventions to perform product demonstrations.Attend congresses or any event with the aim of promoting and publicizingthe characteristics of KARL STORZ products.Participate in sales meetings where their presence is required.Control and report the daily activity through the CRM tool to strengthen thecoverage of the established objectives, track sales as well as the detection ofbusiness opportunities.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree preferably in Health Care, Economics or Finance.English, fluent spoken and written.Min. 2-3 years of commercial experience in Health care/Hospital sector highly desirable.Desirable previous experience in Customer Training, Data Analysis, Business Process Analysis and Project Mgmt.Min. 2 years experience working with CRM/ERP solutions, highly desirable.Skills, qualities, and attributes:Strong interpersonal skills, ability to concentrate on tasks, think independently, usesound judgement, prioritise, make quick decisions and problem solve.Ability to communicate at all levels effectively and work independently on assignments.Ability to work calmly under pressure.IT skills and reporting systems.What we offer?Competitive salaryPerformance bonusFlexible scheduleDigital ToolsHealth insuranceRestaurant checkVehicle/mileageKarl Storz is an equal opportunity employer.
