Job LocationLodi, ItalyJob SummaryThe Sales Representative Healthcare IT Solutions is the commercial reference for managing new opportunities and clients in the IT sector. They establish consulting and collaborative relationships with clients, possess specific expertise in the BU HITS products, and identify how these can be integrated into the workflows of Clinical Pathology Laboratories and Healthcare Information Systems. They lead or support the sales team in high-complexity technological and project solutions, understand the market, competition, and product positioning within BU HITS. They collaborate with the BU HITS Marketing Team for promotion and presentation activities and support the Operations Team in managing sold solutions.Key AccountabilitiesManage commercial activities to meet BU HITS budget objectives.Identify strategic commercial strategies to meet market needs.Research new opportunities and target strategic clients to develop business and enhance the company''s image.Propose new functionalities, products, and services based on potential revenue growth.Support marketing activities related to tenders, including technical and economic proposal preparation.Define offers for new opportunities, product extensions, and maintenance contracts.Ensure profitability through direct involvement in the sales flow.Maintain contacts with Key Opinion Leaders and gather competitive intelligence for CRM updates.Network with internal teams and external partners, clients, and suppliers.Minimum Knowledge & ExperienceDegree in a scientific field.Project Management skills.Specific technical/commercial IT knowledge.Understanding of the market, competition, and clients.Knowledge of reference products and technologies.Financial knowledge (P&L, budget, costs, margins, HTA).Organizational understanding (roles, processes).Proficiency in Office Suite, SAP, and CRM.English proficiency: B2/C1 level.Skills & CapabilitiesLeadership.Results-oriented.Planning and organizational skills.Analytical thinking.Effective communication and listening skills.Critical issue management.Problem-solving.Teamwork and cooperation.Autonomous decision-making.Travel RequirementsUp to 90% of the time.#J-18808-Ljbffr
