We are seeking aSenior Data Analyst to join our Data Team, specifically supportingthe Marketing area. This role is crucial in leveraging data todrive strategic business decisions and further enhance our alreadystrong data-driven approach. You will play a key role in extractingactionable insights from complex marketing datasets, includingGoogle Analytics, and support the area toward advanced analyticalsolutions. In this environment, you will have the opportunity towork with cutting-edge technologies, lead projects, and become areference point on specific topics for the whole company. You willalso advance in your professional growth within a dynamic andexperienced team composed of data scientists, engineers and fellowdata analysts. The Figure will deal with: - Work on crucial dataprojects in collaboration with business stakeholders, productowners, data scientists, and data engineers; - Serving as a subjectmatter expert for marketing data (particularly Google Analytics),leading the development of the area data products and strategy; -Translating complex business challenges into actionable analyses; -Conducting in-depth analysis of large datasets leveraging thecapabilities of our internal DWH; - Curate datasets to be used ininteractive dashboards and data visualizations. If needed preparedata extractions and analysis for management; - Proactively supportmarketing and product development initiatives The ideal candidatefor this position must possess: - Degree or equivalent experience;- At least three years of experience in a Data Analyst role; -Strong analytical skills in complex contexts, with a solid attitudeto problem solving; - Expert knowledge of SQL; - Desire to deepenboth aspects of business and Big Data; - Proactivity and desire towork in a dynamic and challenging environment. - The followingshall constitute a preferential right: - Knowledge of GoogleAnalytics and marketing related data (mail, paid, seo) -Experience CDP (Customer Data Platform) and Marketing Automationplatforms (Segment, HighTouch, Braze); - Experience with DBT; -Python knowledge regarding data analysis (Pandas, Numpy...); -Experience with BigQuery (GCP platform); Well make sure you alwayshave: - Autonomy and responsibility: you will be free to choose,try, fail and try again.
