This role is truly global youll collaborate daily with colleagues across all LINK Mobility countries, playing a key role in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our invoicing and supplier management processes.Your main challenges will include:Reviewing incoming invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.Identifying and resolving discrepancies or errors by liaising with internal teams and suppliers.Managing supplier disputes with professionalism and according to internal legal procedures.Coordinating with the Legal and Finance department to detect, escalate, and help prevent routing-related intercompany billing issues.Investigating the root causes of routing-related issues, identifying the suppliers involved, and taking preventive actions to avoid recurring disputes.Communicating in a clear, legal, and formal manner with external stakeholders, always in line with internal compliance policies and procedures.What were looking for:A degree in Law or an equivalent legal background.Previous experience in the IT, Telecom, SaaS sector, or a strong willingness to learn the intricacies of the messaging business.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to independently drive processes to resolution.Strong interpersonal abilities to build effective working relationships with colleagues across different countries and departments.Fluent and professional written communication skills in English.At LINK Mobility, youll be part of a dynamic and growing international company where your contribution will be both visible and valued.
