Subscription officer - Your Role :
- Manage your own onboarding portfolio of investors (AIFs, some securitizations), handling both 1st and 2nd line
Enjoy full ownership and visibility over your files while ensuring compliance and client satisfaction. - Coordinate periodic reviews and supervise a small team, working closely with Compliance and external stakeholders.
You''ll combine operational execution with oversight-ideal for someone who likes to keep their hands on the business while mentoring others. - Improve internal procedures and help bridge local and outsourced teams.

Subscription officer - Your Profile:
- 5+ years'' experience in TA, AML/KYC, or onboarding within a fund or service provider environment
- Fluency in French and English (written & spoken)
- Strong team spirit, sense of initiative, and ability to work autonomously
- Hands-on, solutions-driven mindset with a desire to contribute beyond the basics
