What youll be doing:
Taking ownership of all F&B outlets, including restaurant, bar, room service, and Meetings & Events;
Leading, supporting, and growing an enthusiastic F&B team;
Keeping service levels high and operations running smoothly;
Handling planning, staffing, budgets, and day-to-day decisions;
Spotting what can be better and turning good into great;
Working closely with other departments to make sure everything connects;
Being part of the Management Team and helping shape the bigger picture.
