With a strong product portfolio, they offer advanced automation medical devices. Due to growth, they are looking to appoint a Tender and Sales Administration Expert. As part of the Bid Team, you will be responsible for supporting the daily management and administration of the tender process from pre-contract to post-award phase. You will collaborate with the regional teams to deliver the highest level of administrative support for colleagues and customers. Responsibilities SAP Administration Sales Admin: Quote preparation, customer training logistics etc. Support daily management and admin of the tender process from opportunity to submission Daily management and development of the bid management application Support development of tender responses through management of the tender application library Qualifications Relevant academic or professional qualifications/technical skills in administration Strong, demonstratable experience in an administration Clear experience in a tender environment Strong knowledge and working use of SAP Commercial acumen Agile and adaptable to changing business needs/objectives Ability to communicate in Dutch, French and English
