We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative BIM Modeller to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality infrastructure and building projects. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing 3D models and 2D documentation that form the foundation for design, coordination, and construction. You will work across a range of project typesincluding roads, bridges, tunnels, utilities, buildings, and MEP systemssupporting engineers, architects, and project managers throughout all design phases.
As a key member of the digital design team, you will ensure compliance with relevant BIM standards (such as ISO 19650), contribute to model coordination and clash detection, and maintain a high level of accuracy in all deliverables. Youll also assist in optimizing digital workflows, support design reviews, and play a role in enhancing our BIM content and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain 3D BIM models for infrastructure and building projects using tools such as Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, or similar
Produce 2D drawings, plans, and construction documentation derived from coordinated BIM models
Support multi-disciplinary coordination by managing model integration, clash detection, and issue tracking
Ensure models align with project BIM Execution Plans and comply with national/international standards (e.g. ISO 19650)
Assist in quantity take-offs, 4D scheduling, and other BIM-related processes
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality and constructible designs
Help maintain model accuracy, documentation, and version control throughout the project lifecycle
Contribute to the development and refinement of BIM libraries, templates, and workflows
Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field
2+ years of experience as a BIM Modeller in infrastructure and/or building projects
Proficiency with BIM software (e.g., Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, AutoCAD; InfraWorks, Dynamo is a plus)
Understanding of BIM standards and digital construction workflows
Strong attention to detail, structured working style, and good communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Experience working in both infrastructure and building environments is preferred
Familiarity with clash detection tools and coordination platforms (e.g., BIM 360, Solibri) is a plus
