JOB SUMMARY
As a B2B Digital Sales team member, you will join the digital experience team based in the corporate office in Madrid. The candidate will be responsible for managing enhancements and projects that are included in web releases. You will also have the chance to find improvement points that you will be able to realize from start to finish. From finding the problem, analyzing the possible solutions, managing the necessary developments and the implementation in production.
Will report to the B2B Digital Sales Manager.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Understand users needs and how they interact with our website (nhpro.com)
- Manage prioritization of requirements and transform them into product specifications.
- Work with the product owners and designers to finalize product specification into mock-ups.
- Coordinate with the development team on implementation details and timeline.
- Conduct quality tests.
- Participate in creative projects to contribute to the overall product roadmap.
- Analyze & report product usage, customer feedback, indicators for success to improve the product.
- Work cross-functionally with development, design, content, marketing teams in an international environment.
EXPERIENCE
Experience in managing web and mobile developments (enhancements, incidents/bugs) and work with Agile methodologies are highly appreciated and a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Fluency in English
- High school diploma
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (Microsoft Office,TMS, etc)
