Au sein du dpartement Juridique Banque, vous apporterez votre expertise et votre soutien aux diffrents dpartements de la Banque, en veillant la conformit juridique et en contribuant la gestion des risques.

Votre Mission:

Conseiller et accompagner les units de Conseil la clientle prive, notamment en matire de droit des successions et de mesures de protection (curatelles, etc.);

Analyser et traiter les rclamations de clients ou de tiers ncessitant une rponse juridique; suivre les ventuels litiges devant les tribunaux en Suisse ou ltranger;

Analyser et traiter les demandes dautorits en matire boursire, dentraide fiscale ou autres;

Assister les diffrentes units de la Banque sur les aspects rglementaires lis aux activits bancaires et financires;

Assurer une veille juridique et rglementaire, participer ladaptation des directives internes et contribuer la formation des quipes.

Votre Profil:

Titulaire dun Master en droit dlivr par une universit suisse, une formation postgrade ou brevet davocat serait un atout

Environ 5 ans dexprience professionnelle utile au poste, idalement en banque prive ou en tude davocats

Bonne matrise du droit bancaire suisse, particulirement dans le domaine de la banque prive

Excellente matrise du franais et de langlais, bonnes connaissance dune troisime langue un atout

Esprit dquipe, dynamique, positif et aisance relationnelle

Capacit traiter des dossiers de manire autonome et prcise
