Weare seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical FP&AAnalyst to join our Finance team. The FP&A Analyst will beresponsible for supporting financial planning, forecasting,budgeting, and decision support activities. This role requires adeep understanding of financial modeling, strong data analysisskills, and the ability to communicate financial insights tovarious business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Budgeting& Forecasting: Support the preparation and management of annualbudgets, monthly forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Assistwith the creation of financial models and projections to evaluatebusiness performance. - Financial Analysis: Conduct varianceanalysis to identify and explain key drivers of financialperformance, providing insights to management on financial trendsand risks. - Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports anddashboards for senior management, including monthly, quarterly, andad-hoc reports. Monitor KPIs and financial metrics to ensurealignment with business objectives. - Data Analysis: Analyze largedata sets to support financial decision-making and identifyopportunities for operational efficiency and cost optimization. -Business Partnering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g.,Sales, Services Operations, Marketing, support functions) to gatherinput and ensure financial assumptions are accurate. Providefinancial insight and recommendations to business leaders. -Financial Modeling: Build and maintain financial models to assesspotential business opportunities, investments, or cost-savinginitiatives. - Ad-hoc Analysis: Support management with ad-hocfinancial analysis and special projects as needed. - ProcessImprovement: Identify opportunities for process improvements andimplement best practices in financial planning, reporting, andanalysis. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors degree inFinance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CPA is aplus. - Experience: 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis,planning, or accounting. Prior experience in FP&A or a similarrole is preferred. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in MicrosoftExcel (advanced functions, pivot tables, financial modeling),financial software (e.g., SAP, One stream), and data visualizationtools (e.g. Power BI) is a plus. - Analytical Skills: Strongability to analyze and interpret financial data, with excellentproblem-solving skills. - Communication Skills: Strong written andverbal communication skills in German and English. Ability topresent complex financial data in a clear and concise manner tonon-financial stakeholders. - Attention to Detail: High level ofaccuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to work undertight deadlines. - Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively ina fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Proficient in Englishlanguage. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in a high-growthor publicly traded company. - Knowledge of industrial companyfinancial metrics. - Experience in financial planning software asOne Stream and SAP ERP.
