Job Role: Pega CSSA Location: Netherlands - Remote or hybrid available Salary: 60-75k + bonus and benefits Overview: We are working with a leading financial services client committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions. They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) to contribute to their ongoing success and growth. As a Pega CSSA, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing Pega solutions that align with our business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, develop applications, and provide technical expertise in Pega technology. Responsibilities: Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and refine requirements. Design and implement robust Pega solutions that meet business needs. Lead Pega development activities, including design, coding, testing, and debugging. Provide technical guidance to junior developers and contribute to their skill development. Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Pega applications with existing systems. Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of Pega applications. Stay current with Pega technology updates and industry best practices. Qualifications: Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification is mandatory. Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in designing and implementing Pega solutions. Strong knowledge of Pega architecture and best practices. Proficient in PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC) development. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
