Your role will be crucial in understanding each client''sunique needs and growth trajectory, creating flexible energysolutions that evolve with their business while maximizingefficiency and sustainability gains at every step. Virya Energy islaunching a new Commercial & Industrial (C&I) division todevelop innovative energy solutions in Belgium. To lead thisinitiative, we are looking for a dynamic Senior Business Developerto lead business development activities, strengthen marketleadership and establish strategic partnerships. You will play akey role in delivering customized energy solutions that enableC&I partners to improve their operations and achievesustainable growth. Business development Identify and securepartnerships with key industry players. Develop and maintain strongsatisfaction with key clients and stakeholders. Strategicleadership Define and execute the business development strategy forthe Belgian C&I market. Drive adoption of integrated energysolutions, including renewable assets, energy management systems,EV charging infrastructure, and Power Purchase Agreements. Ensurerevenue growth and profitability for the business unit. Marketengagement Leverage a deep understanding of the Belgian energymarket, including trends, pricing knowledge, regulatory frameworksand energy incentives. Energy background: Proven experience in theBelgian energy market, with a focus on renewable energy solutionssuch as solar, BESS, and/or EV chargers. B2B experience: Proventrack record in B2B business development and sales leadership.Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills with experience buildingand managing a team. Relationship builder: Strongrelationship-building capabilities, with a history of successfulclient and stakeholder engagements. Education: Bachelor''s ormaster''s degree in business, engineering, or related fields.Language: Fluency in Dutch, French and English.
