Were looking for an entrepreneurial Senior Partnerships Manager with deep US B2B SaaS expertise to lead and execute our partnership strategy, from tech integrations to channel relationships. This is a high-impact, autonomous role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to turn partnerships into pipelines.
What Youll Do
- Develop & Execute Partnership Strategy: Identify, prioritize, and recruit high-impact partners in the US SaaS ecosystem (integration partners, resellers, agencies, consultants etc.).
- Drive Measurable Revenue Growth: Launch initiatives and build scalable partner-sourced lead-gen processes.
- Manage Relationships: Own the end-to-end relationship: from outreach and negotiation to onboarding and ongoing performance management/optimization.
- Align with GTM: Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure partnerships support pipeline, product roadmap and brand goals.
- Operate Autonomously: Youll be our go-to partnerships expert for the US and trusted to hit the ground running.
What Were Looking For
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS partnerships, with a strong IC track record (pipeline generation, partner-sourced revenue).
- Youve successfully launched and scaled partner programs (reseller, referral, tech integrations, agencies, etc.) that drove measurable impact.
- You have a strong grasp of the US SaaS ecosystem, including key players, go-to-market trends, and buyer behaviour.
- You''re a self-starter who can take an idea from concept to implementation, including outreach, pipeline management, and reporting.
- Demonstrated success in launching and scaling tech or channel partnerships.
- A builders mindset is strategic but also hands-on and execution focused.
- Great communicator, negotiator, and relationship manager.
- Fluent in both Dutch and English
