We are looking for you for our new store in Milan!
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies in line with POP MART''s brand vision and business goals, ensuring a consistent approach across PR, commercial marketing, and product marketing.
- Brand Development: Oversee the development and maintenance of POP MART''s brand identity, ensuring it remains consistent and appealing to the target audience.
- Public Relations: Drive PR efforts by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with media, influencers, and partners. Develop PR campaigns that generate positive media coverage and enhance brand visibility.
- Trade Marketing: Create and implement trade marketing initiatives to support POP MART''s presence in retail stores and e-commerce platforms. Collaborate closely with retail partners to increase sales and strengthen brand presence.
- Media: Continue to develop brand-focused social media to ensure maximum customer engagement.
- Product Marketing: Lead product marketing efforts, including product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities. Collaborate with the product team to ensure alignment with market trends and customer demands.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Budget Management: Effectively manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives and a strong return on investment.
- Market Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and threats, adapting marketing strategies accordingly.
- Reporting and Analysis: Establish KPIs and performance metrics for marketing initiatives. Create regular reports on campaign effectiveness and use data insights to optimize marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Cityzenship or Work Permit is required.
- Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (7+ years) in leadership roles in marketing, preferably in the retail sector.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated success in creating and leading high-performing marketing teams.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and data-driven approach.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent knowledge of Italian, knowledge of Chinese and English is a plus.
