Thats why were on the lookout for a highly motivated customer service professional to join our dynamic team, optimize our processes, and help us set new industry standards for excellence.Are you ready to be part of this journey?Responsibilities:Be part of an operational contact structure for managing clients in case of difficulties, such as vehicle breakdowns.Oversee the digital support process, intervening where necessary.Ensures the success of support via chat or voice channels and/or by connecting directly with our network of suppliers.Requirements:Total availability for shifts 24h 7/7Part-time of 30 hoursGood Knowledge of English and Italian (another language like Spanish or French will be a plus)Previous experience in operations and/or customer service will be a plusTeam spiritIdeally based in LombardyThe role is fixed-term for 6 monthsThis role is shift-based and requires occasional night and weekend shifts#J-18808-Ljbffr
