What awaits you:
- You will be leading the architecture team consisting of 3-4 people.
- You are responsible for the definition, documentation and implementation of the solution and security architecture of our SaaS platform (bexio products).
- You ensure that the technology management meets the business requirements in the best possible way.
- You work closely with the CTO and Head of Development to plan and implement the modernization strategy.
- In addition, you cooperate closely with the product team to plan the roadmap and technical solutions for given business requirements.
What we expect from you:
- You have gained 3+ years of experience in an architecture lead role and 8-10 years of total experience in the IT industry.
- You have a minimum of a Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- You have been part of a team successfully delivering software products, preferably in a cloud-based environment.
- You are experienced in leading remote and distributed teams.
- You have strong agile software development experience and a solid practical understanding of networking and infrastructure concepts.
- You have a good sense for business context and stakeholder management.
- You are fluent in English and German.
