The selected candidate will play a key role in executing mandates, generating market insights, engaging candidates, and building strategic relationships with clients and candidates.The RoleThe Associate will actively participate in all phases of the research cycle, from defining initial strategies, mapping the market, identifying profiles, to preparing presentation reports and interacting with consultants and clients. This role is crucial to ensure a methodical, structured, and data-driven approach in every project.Main ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement effective research strategies aligned with client objectives and market dynamicsConduct sector analysis and organizational mapping to identify relevant profilesGather qualitative and quantitative information on candidates, companies, market trends, and organizational structuresDirectly contact potential candidates to assess skills, motivations, and leadership potentialEngage candidates actively in projects, providing detailed information and support throughout the selection processContribute to the preparation of analytical documentation and insights to support candidate presentations and client discussionsCollaborate with colleagues in other international offices to share approaches, information, and best practicesMaintain the internal database rigorously, ensuring data traceability and qualitySupport business development activities by monitoring relevant news, sector trends, and leadership movementsRequired Skills and AttitudesStrong analytical thinking and intellectual curiosity, with the ability to synthesize large volumes of information and identify key insightsResults-oriented with solid project management skills, capable of working independently and efficientlyPrecision and methodological rigor, with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and communicate with diverse stakeholdersNatural predisposition for relationship-building and collaboration, with excellent communication skills and professionalism at all organizational levelsExcellent writing skills for clear and structured documentationProficiency in IT tools, especially PowerPoint and WordAt least 3 years of experience in research, consulting, analysis, or related corporate environmentsBachelor''s or master''s degree in humanistic, economic, or legal disciplines; a PhD is a plusFluent knowledge of French and English, both written and spokenJoin Our TeamIf you meet these qualifications and are eager to contribute to a fast-growing, innovative firm, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity with Chaberton Partners.#J-18808-Ljbffr
