Your responsibilities - Manage insurance strategy, cost control, and risk mitigation.
- Optimize asset lifecycle, fleet planning, utilization, and compliance.
- Reduce downtime, oversee maintenance, and repair decision processes.
- Lead negotiations with suppliers in areas such as insurance, repairs, fuel, and fleet expenses.
- Oversee procurement processes, lease contracts, and supplier relations.
- Align team strategies, budgets, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Monitor total cost of ownership (TCO) of the fleet and implement optimizations.
- Manage and develop international teams.
- Participate actively in developing company strategy and assessing business cases.
- Report on relevant KPIs requested by top management.
- Participate in business development evaluation meetings.
Our requirements
- 6+ years of experience in fleet operations, asset management, procurement, or insurance.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and cost control skills.
- Knowledge of asset lifecycle management and financial planning.
- Experience in supplier and contract management.
- Ability to develop and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor fleet performance and TCO.
- Understanding of compliance and risk management in transport operations.
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
- Proficiency in English.
