Responsibilities include evaluating technical needs, designing documentation, proposing architectural approaches, providing technical support during development, and addressing system, compatibility, and cybersecurity issues.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesKnowledge of cybersecurity issues and implementation of corrective actions within the ecosystem.Develop engineering specifications by translating marketing and manufacturing requirements to meet or exceed customer expectations.Apply structured problem-solving to identify root causes and corrective actions.Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams throughout development, delivery, and support phases.Key CompetenciesProficiency in C, C++, and C# programming languages.Ability to integrate components such as sensors and actuators in smart products and access control systems.Manage requirements changes and analyze impacts on cost, schedule, and capabilities.Experience with wireless protocols like Wi-Fi and Zigbee.Understanding of electrical circuits, PCB diagrams, and layouts.Experience with IoT, smart devices, and smart home systems.Knowledge of EN 3030 645 standards and related regulations.QualificationsBachelor''s degree in engineering or related field.Relevant technical experience.Fluency in English (mandatory).Soft SkillsFlexibility, effective communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills.Problem-solving, collaboration, time management, and attention to detail.Ability to work under stress, meet deadlines, and face challenges with passion and determination.Strong team-working abilities.Our CommitmentAllegion values diversity and inclusion, providing equal opportunities regardless of background or characteristics.
