On behalf of our Client a global pharmaceuticalcompany, IQVIA is looking for a Cost and Resource Specialist whocan join an exciting working environment in a dynamicatmosphere.RESPONSIBILITIES:All the following responsibilitiesapply to the whole or to a part of the function, based on thefunctional CRSs organization and are performed under thecoordination of a CRC.Functional cost, investment and workloadplanning:Collecting information related to functional costs andresources for planning purposes, liaising with relevant functionalstakeholders and PMs, arranging internal functional budgetingmeetings to ensure a timely and accurate data collectionCollectingand submitting to R&D P&C of justifications for cost plandeviations from previous baselinesFunctional actual cost andinvestment recognition and justification:Preparing and checkingfunctional Purchase Requisitions (PRs) issuance within corporateERP, ensuring PRs are correctly filled with respect to accountingand controlling coordinates, and submitted in a timely manner,according to corporate proceduresPreparing all necessarydocumentation in support of Management Approval of functionalPurchase Requisitions (PRs)Performing functional year-end closingactivities, ensuring compliance with statutory and tax proceduresand guidelines provided by administration and P&CPerformingfull tracking of deviations of actual vs. baselines spendingproviding relevant justification to P&C team, ensuring aneffective and concise communication of significantinformationFunctional Resource Breakdown Structure (RBS) update andTimecard filling:Timely communicating to DBK team any changes inthe functional RBS to be reflected into corporate Project andPortfolio Management SystemTracking monthly actual workload byfacilitating timecard filling by functional employees.Trackingmonthly external consultants timesheets and filling relatedtimecard by projects.REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:Basic competences inaccountancy Basic knowledge of drug development process in a pharmaindustryGood communication and analytical skillsGood workingknowledge and understanding of office proceduresSkilled user ofrelevant corporate systems: corporate Project and PortfolioManagement System (Planisware) and corporate ERP (SAP)ContinuouslySupporting functional end-users in the ordinary use of thecorporate ERP (SAP), in coordination with CRC.TYPE OF CONTRACT:Maternity replacementChemical contractIQVIA reserves the right toevaluate candidates with domicile / residence and work experience /study with requirements responding to the open request.Applications WITHOUT the requirements Will NOT be fully taken intoaccount.
