The role will be responsible for leading the implementation and optimization of HR digital tools and platforms, ensuring efficiency, functionality, and alignment with business needs.Main Responsibilities:Act as the key reference for the implementation and maintenance of HR systems, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactorsTranslate HR business requirements into IT solutions, working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendorsLead project delivery activities, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently metCollaborate with the HR department to continuously improve user experience and system effectivenessMonitor the performance of HR applications and provide technical support to usersManage integration projects with other tools, such as ZTravel and ConcurPrepare and maintain documentation, training materials, and regular reporting for system enhancements and roll-outsRequirements:Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fieldsAt least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within structured corporate environmentsStrong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (mandatory)Familiarity with ZTravel and Concur is a plusExcellent project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholdersStrong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across functionsFluent in English, both written and spokenLocation: Bologna or MilanCompany:Alfasigma is a global pharmaceutical company founded over 75 years ago in Italy, where it is headquartered (in Bologna and Milan).
