Design, test, and deploy advanced models (especially NLP and AI-based) to address nuanced leadership and organizational challenges
Collaborate cross-functionally to embed data-driven insights into products and services
Contribute thought leadership and subject-matter expertise across data science, leadership strategy, and analytics innovation
Stay current with advances in ML, AI, and behavioral science to guide best practices
Strong track record in machine learning, NLP, and AI applicationBayesian modeling is a plus
Proficient in Python (preferred), R, or similar languages and ML frameworks (e.g., Experience or interest in leadership science, organizational psychology, or social science research
