We are looking for an experienced person for the position of Junior Community Operation Manager for The Shire - one of Devire Group''s companies, which specializes in managing co-working spaces.
Responsibilities
Membership Engagement Retention:
- Proactively anticipate and address member and guest needs, personalizing experiences using collected information.
- Conduct scheduled quarterly conversations to maximize member value at The Shire.
- Follow up with members providing negative feedback, ensuring proposed solutions enhance their experience.
- Support front desk coverage during business hours and stay updated on building occupancy schedules.
Move-In Move Out:
- Conduct pre-move-in meetings and Member Meetings for successful onboarding of building members.
- Prepare onboarding materials for new members on move-in day.
- Prepare and sign move-in and move-out space protocols.
- Conduct move-out interviews to understand departing members'' experiences.
Sales Support:
- Lead sales of Virtual Office, Meeting Rooms and Memberships
- Alert Sales Team when members express interest in growth-related conversations.
- Collaborate with the Leasing Team to maximize centre occupancy.
Events:
- Hos social events and execute planned value-driving events.
- Distribute event information, including posters, and ensure operational requirements are met.
- Provide feedback on the event schedule and evaluate events for attendance, satisfaction, and impact.
Finance:
- preparation of files for invoice issuance
- cooperation with the Finance Department and Community Specialists in debt collection
- planning of expenses and budgeting for the upcoming months in collaboration with the supervisor
Building Operations and Management:
- Conduct walkthroughs to address issues and escalate recurring problems.
- Manage building-related escalations with Landlords
- Explain The Shire policies, communicate updates to members, and manage vibe in the centre.
- Liaise with contactors companies to maintain space standards.
- Track, audit, and organize keys and keycard inventory.
- Act as the point of contact for security and safety, reviewing and understanding Building Emergency Action Plans.

Requirements
- 2+ years or equivalent experience in facility management, hospitality, real estate, consulting, or related experience. Customer service experience required.
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience preferred in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, (jest cos takiego jak dyplom z hospitality?)
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, PM, and business operations experience.
