Technical Leadership: Identify and analyse incidentsor non-conformities during outages, conduct root-cause analyses,and define corrective and preventive actions. Field Assessment:Perform on-site machine condition assessments and mechanical andelectrical measurements. Knowledge Development: Develop andconsolidate all technical information and know-how on generatorswithin EMS by participating in internal and external networks andensuring processes are adequately adapted. Knowledge Sharing andTraining: Share your knowledge, coach team members, and determineappropriate training modules to maintain EMS''s competencies ingenerators. Long-Term Strategy: Develop a long-term strategy forthe maintenance of generators and their components per entity.Initiate and implement improvements based on technical-financialanalyses (business case) and assist in negotiating maintenancecontracts. You hold a Masters degree in Mechanical orElectro-Mechanical Engineering or equivalent by experience You haverelevant experience in generator design/manufacturing/ maintenance/commissioning You have good analytical and problem-solving skillsand you know how to log your knowledge, plans and works in solidreports You like to work in a team and take into account theopinions of your stakeholders (EMS colleagues powerplant staff,service provider personnel, insurers...) You have a good workingknowledge of English and speak either Dutch or French You are OK tomove to different sites and prepared to spend 30% of your workingtime abroad You always take responsibility for the health andsafety of yourself and your colleagues!
