Social network you want to login/join with:The Fashion&Luxury division of Randstad ProfessionalSpecialized in recruiting Middle, Senior, and Top Management profiles, it is looking for a Retail Operations Specialist for leading companies in the Beauty & Cosmetics sector.The Retail Operations team acts as the first point of contact between HQ and stores, ensuring effective communication and coordination of operational activities.Guarantee effective communications for coordination and management of operational activities.Stimulate commercial growth and ensure optimal service by coordinating and executing the exchange of relevant operational information, especially during key business moments of the year.Contribute to establishing effective processes and follow store procedures to ensure smooth operations.Collect, interpret, and analyze information regarding needs, bottlenecks, and developments in processes, tools, and systems.Provide insights through periodic and ad hoc reports and analyses (FOH and BIH KPIs) within the area of expertise/region.Gather information from multiple departments via various communication channels between HQ and retail stores.Contribute to or develop business cases and create new concepts for processes, tools, or systems, ensuring their implementation in collaboration with Area Managers.Evaluate and benchmark current processes, tools, and systems, and initiate improvements, standardization, and automation.Execute activities independently within a defined scope, supported by managers or senior colleagues.Provide expert advice to internal stakeholders, such as Area Managers and Store Managers, in your area of expertise.Support, manage, and coordinate new store openings as part of the company''s expansion plan, in partnership with Area Managers.Your TalentDegree holder with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in luxury retail, preferably in beauty, jewelry, fashion, or accessories.Positive, proactive attitude with strong organizational and time management skills.Result-oriented in task handling.Strong interpersonal skills, a team player, and service-oriented.Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.Proficient in MS Office and computer skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
