At Jumbo Group, we are not just an international company; We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Junior Brand Manager with 3 years of experience in brand strategy, product development, and portfolio management to oversee, among others, iconic brands like Stratego . Fluency in both Dutch and English is required. Brand Strategy Planning : Developed and executed long-term (3 years) and short-term (1 year) brand strategies in collaboration with senior brand managers and markets, ensuring alignment with company goals. Sales Performance : Proactively monitored sales performance, working with trade marketing and local sales teams to adjust strategies and ensure growth. Product Briefings Launches : Created and managed product briefings for new product development, packaging updates, and content creation. Collaboration Communication : Coordinated with marketing, sales, finance, legal, supply chain and product development teams to ensure alignment on product strategies and market needs. Training : Assisted in training internal teams on new product features and brand messaging to ensure consistent communication. University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Bachelor/Master/Diploma). Marketing Knowledge : Solid understanding of marketing principles, brand strategy, and product development. Multitasking : Comfortable managing a variety of projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on quality and efficiency. Language Skills : Fluent in both Dutch and English. Other languages is a plus. Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar brand management or marketing role, supporting brand strategies and product development.
