Your Responsibilities | Corporate Finance Fiduciary PFS CoSec Legal

As a Corporate Officer, you will be in charge of overseeing the full corporate governance lifecycle for a portfolio composed of Soparfis, Holdings, and SPVs. Your duties will include:

• Managing all corporate aspects from incorporation to liquidation and dissolution
• Organizing and preparing Board and shareholders meetings
• Drafting and reviewing minutes and resolutions
• Maintaining statutory registers and ensuring up-to-date filings with the RCS and RBE
• Liaising with third parties such as notaries, lawyers, auditors, and banks
• Coordinating legal formalities related to incorporations, restructurings, and liquidations.

• You have at least 2 years of experience as a Corporate Officer in a similar environment in Luxembourg (PFS, Fiduciary, or Service Provider).
• You are fluent in both English and German, ensuring smooth and effective communication with clients and colleagues.
• You are organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, which allows you to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality service to your clients.
• A Bachelors degree in Law or a related field will be considered a strong asset.
