As part of buildingan international team, we are looking for a Global ITInfrastructure Engineer The Role The candidate will providetechnical support and management of the company''s ITinfrastructure, including end-user computing environments,applications, collaboration platforms, and networks. They willdiagnose and resolve complex technical issues, plan and implementnew services, and coordinate with vendors to ensure high-qualitysupport for a global workforce. Responsibilities - Provide Tier 3 /VIP support for Windows, macOS, Linux, and Microsoft 365, ensuringquick and effective issue resolution. - Support collaboration tools(video conferencing, messaging) and manage related company-wideonline events. - Build, maintain, and deploy end-user operatingsystem images (Windows, macOS, Linux). - Create tools, scripts, andautomation to improve IT service efficiency and reliability. -Manage endpoint services (e.g., JAMF, Intune) and mobile devicemanagement (MDM/MAM) platforms. - Develop user documentation,runbooks, architecture diagrams, procedures, and knowledge bases. -Provide architectural, engineering, and operational support forSaaS and enterprise IT systems. - Foster close collaboration withinternal IT and external service providers. - Lead and execute ITprojects with a strong focus on detail and high-quality delivery. -Use metrics to drive performance analysis and operationalefficiency improvements. - Provide technical leadership andmentorship to other IT team members. Requirements - BA or BS Degreein Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent workexperience. - Proven years of experience providing end-usertechnical support and VIP / ''white glove'' level support to C-levelexecutives. - Multiple years of experience managing large scaleglobal MS Windows, MacOS, Linux, and VMware environments. -Proficiency in managing Windows/ Linux servers, virtualizationtechnologies (VMware, AHV, Hyper-V). - Configuration experiencewith endpoint management (Intune/JAMF) and mobile device management(MDM) platforms. - Strong working knowledge of integratedvideo/audio platforms supporting collaboration services (MS Teams,Zoom). - Experience deploying enterprise applications on cloudplatforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) - Experience managing IT infrastructurehardware (switches, routers, firewalls, storage arrays). - Advancedknowledge and experience with network infrastructure components(routers, switches, firewalls, VPN) - Must be available to provideafter-hours support and be on-call when needed - Direct experienceoperating IT services and infrastructure in a modern cloud-enabledenvironment. - Participation in an after-hours on-call rotationwith the IT Systems team is required. - English Fluent - Travel upto 25% may be required. - Strong propensity to be driven bycustomer experience - Strong team player who is able to work acrossmultiple functions and time zones - Builds relationships with keymembers of our user community and become a trusted resource withthose user - Problem solving and troubleshooting skills to identifyroot-cause of issues
