CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
the position is based in Groningen, the Netherlands
Key Responsibilities:
As Customer Service Specialist you are the interface to our internal and external customers working closely with our Commercial, Finance and Supply Chain teams. The Customer Service Specialist is part of a learning organization who is committed to drive improvements and efficiency within the Order to Delivery Process to meet current and future customer demands.
- Order handling and customer support
- Provide shipping information to internal and external customers
- Create and maintain customer master data to ensure correct information in ERP system
- Drive continuous improvements to achieve a more efficient order to delivery process together with Logistics, Commercial and Finance
Essential for the role:
- Knowledge and experience in the field of customer support and distribution
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong team player and relationship builder
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer focused and performance-driven
- Process oriented and structured
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Dutch
