The role will demand a self-starter, well-organised, proactive colleague, able to keep an overview, while being able to zoom-in on specific orders to ensure these are delivered up to Blue Wireless standards. You will keep an open dialogue with our sales teams, customers, and our engineering teams on-site (both internal and our partners).So, what will be on your plate? (key responsibilities)Manage the on-boarding of new customers and setting them up in the various systemsManage new customer projects from ordering, planning and trackingOrganise training and documentation for customers throughout their lifecycleDocument and improve processes and suggest automationValidate operations documentation is accurate to allow bill generationOther related duties as assignedIf you-Have a positive, problem-solving attitudeHave great organization skills, accurate when processing and giving informationHave a Bachelor''s DegreeHave excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
