On behalf of our customer, a global Japanese corporation, with a site in Rotterdam (Botlek), we are looking for a Human Resources Generalist, Botlek (Rotterdam) Full time, Dutch English Our customer is a Japanese corporation, headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. In the Netherlands, a new entity (B.Has been established to start up production for the European market. As HR Generalist, you will be part of the HR GA Department. During the start-up phase, you will be in charge of HR strategy planning and rules, finalizing HR-related documents, writing guidelines and procedures, systemizing HR-related business and providing high-quality corporate services to the employees. In the second phase, you will be involved in the HR-related fields in Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive and EU Taxonomy. In charge of the operational day-to-day HR processes and procedures. Assimilating and translating the parent companys HR strategy into a suitable HR and Talent strategy for the Netherlands entity, relating to current and future talent needs, recruitment, retention and succession planning Developing the HR operating model for the NL entity including hierarchical structure, reporting lines, job requirements and capabilities with the Manager Drafting job descriptions and processing recruitment and onboarding efforts, including drafting and/or reviewing employment offers and contracts Setting up an performance management system; managing the payroll process,and liaising with payroll services providers Proven track record of 5+ years in HR (management-) role or a similar position in the chemical industry Bachelor in HR Native level of Dutch and excellent command of English (spoken and written) Then please send your CV to Andra Ordean (application@nipponrecruitment.
