Customer Services Junior Specialist Registration & Membership

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle member and event participant inquiries via email/phone/CRM.
• Process registrations, payments, invoices, and cancellations.
• Maintain data accuracy and assist with stock and material prep.
• Support onsite at international oncology events and promote membership.

Profile:

• Degree or diploma, with 1 5 years in customer service or events.
• Fluent in English; strong communication and organizational skills.
• Team player, detail-oriented, able to manage deadlines and multitask.
• Proficient in MS Office; CRM/ERP knowledge is a plus.
• Willing to travel occasionally
